My greetings! It was indeed a pleasure to have talked to you and also we have received your comments and your requests for additional 10% discount for our submitted quotation Quo5678. With great pleasure, we would like to inform you that in order to start our association we will be able to accommodate your request for additional 10% discount. My best personal regards Friends! you observed in this letter Although, we did informed customer that we are accepting their discount request But, UNWILLINGLY It means we have explained our customer that by accepting this price reduction request our company will be facing many financial challenges and all reasons are explained in detail Within Acceptance with Reluctance, comes another Type Letter Price Reduction Request Acceptance with Reluctance also mentioning that discount is available only one time it means, everything is same, but also informing customer that discount prices are applicable only for this particular time Okay Friends! Let;s Start Friends! the letter content will be same as Third Type Acceptance with Reluctance Only, one additional point will be added near the end of the letter Now, your email will be like this But, kindly please note that the given prices are eligible only for this order, for all future orders same prices will not be applicable and will be quoted again depending upon the quantity required for each item. Next comes How to Decline Price Reduction Request from Customer In this First Type is Simple Decline of Price Reduction Request with Brief Explanation It means, formally declining price reduction request from customer also giving small explanation to customer that why we cannot able to accept this price Okay Friends!
