The Business Portal allows you to easily view
your account details and request refunds or transfers on any of your accounts, except
for student loan or superannuation accounts. To view your account, log into the Business
Portal, then select ‘Account details’ from the menu on the left-hand side. Choose the relevant account by clicking on
the hyperlink on the left-hand side in the column titled ‘Number’. You can now view the account balance and transaction
details. The date drop-downs allow you to specify the time period you would like to
view. If you’d like to request a transfer, select
the ‘Transfer Request’ button at bottom of the screen. Complete the required details and select ‘Continue’. Check the details are correct, and to complete
the transaction electronically, select ‘Submit’ to authorise the transaction. You can also request a refund if you have
a credit balance on your account and current financial institution details are recorded. Select the ‘Refund Request’ button at the
bottom of the screen. Complete the required details and select ‘Continue’. Check the details are correct, and to complete
the transaction electronically, select ‘Submit’ to authorise the transaction. Copies of your refund or transfer requests
are stored in your ‘Mail’ ‘Sent’ items. The portals are designed to help you run your
